In order to comply with the Department Of Transportation regulations, any restricted items will be shipped via ground delivery.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. 

Any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge $5.95 to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus $5.95.

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as "delivered" to our facility. Once received, please allow 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
